A deeply immersive yoga retreat in the spiritual heart of Bali, created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and cultivate greater harmony between mind, body and spirit.
This is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself.
To rest deeply.
To listen inwardly.
To reconnect with your body.
To understand your energy.
And to explore practical ways to move through modern life with more presence, peace and less worry.
Together, we will explore the energetic system of yoga and how it can deepen your relationship with yourself.
Through the 8 Limbs of Yoga, daily practice, dharma talks, meditation, ritual and embodied exploration, you will be invited to experience yoga beyond the physical postures.
We will explore how energy moves through the body and begin to recognise where tension, emotion and unexpressed energy may be held.
You’ll learn tools to help you release what no longer needs to be carried and develop a deeper awareness of your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.
We’ll explore how to come back to yourself in real time — even in the middle of a busy, modern life — and how to create a different relationship with stress.
And alongside all of this, there will be space to simply rest.
Deeply.
This retreat is for you if you feel called to:
Slow down and create genuine space for yourself
Deepen your yoga practice beyond the physical
Understand your energetic body in a practical and embodied way
Develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions and patterns
Release tension and unexpressed energy held in the body
Explore tools for navigating stress with more ease
Reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom
Cultivate more peace, presence and balance
Spend meaningful time in nature and sacred surroundings
Connect with like-minded, open-hearted people
Experience the beauty, ritual and spirituality of Bali
Simply take some much-needed time to rest, receive and be cared for
Nestled in the lush highlands of Tegallang Bali, Bagus Jati is a place of extraordinary natural beauty, stillness and spiritual presence.
The surrounding village is steeped in Balinese spirituality, ritual and ceremony. There is something about being here that naturally invites you out of the busyness of the mind and into a deeper state of presence.
This isn't simply a beautiful destination.
It is an environment intentionally chosen to support rest, reflection and reconnection
Your retreat experience includes:
6 nights luxury traditional Balinese accommodation
Choice of private or twin-share accommodation
Daily breakfast and dinner
Daily Western-style coffee
Two yoga practices each day with Lucy
Dharma talks and teachings
Sound healing
Traditional Balinese Blessing Ceremony
Full Moon Fire Ceremony
Mala Making Workshop
One-hour Balinese or Ayurvedic body treatment
Daily use of the hot spring and sauna
A beautiful retreat goodie bag
Optional Water Temple Blessing
Optional Ubud shopping experience
One of the most beautiful parts of retreat is the relationship you develop with yourself.
And then, unexpectedly, the relationships that form with the people around you.
There is something very special about stepping out of ordinary life and sharing an experience like this with a group of curious, open-hearted humans.
You don't need to be an experienced yogi.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You simply need an open mind, a sense of curiosity and an open heart.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave with more space within you.
More connection to yourself.
And perhaps a little more harmony in the way you move through the world.
Slow Flow Yoga to Long Lunch at Mantons Creek, , Shoreham, Mornington Peninsula
Sunday 3rd January 2027
11:00am YOGA
12:30pm LUNCH
A morning to ground, reflect and set intentions for the year ahead
Join me among the vines at Mantons Creek for the second experience in a three-part Summer Series — an intimate gathering designed to weave together yoga, breath, contemplation, beautiful food and meaningful connection.
Each experience in the series explores a different facet of yoga, inviting you to step away from the pace of everyday life and create space to listen, feel and reconnect.
Practice with Intention
Our gathering begins with a 75-minute slow-flow practice, gently guided through breath, and creating space for you to feel and reflect on the year that has been - honouring and acknowledging where you find yourself now, and setting intentions (Sankalpa) for what you would like to call in, to feel and experience in the year that is yet to unfold. Using yogic tools, mindful movement, meditation and grounding into being intentional.
Rather than simply moving through shapes, you’ll be invited to become curious about what you feel — noticing where you hold, where you soften and what becomes possible when you slow down enough to truly listen.
A practice of attunement to the truth (Satya) within, to get quiet enough to hear it.
Following our yoga practice, we’ll move to the table for a long, leisurely lunch at Mantons Creek. Good food, a beautiful setting and unhurried conversation — allowing the experience to unfold well beyond the mat.
Your experience includes
• 75-minute slow-flow yoga, breath & meditation
• Two-course lunch at Mantons Creek
• A drink on arrival
• Time to linger, connect and enjoy the vineyard
* No previous yoga experience is required.
* Please note ticket prices reflect BYO yoga mat, or you can opt for a yoga mat to be provided
