About
True believer that the key to figuring out life is to soften your grip.
Mother. Wife. Woman. Yoga teacher. Facialist.
Forever a student of life.
I believe we are all on the path of Coming Home to Ourselves.
I’m still figuring out where I fit in this beautiful, messy, full-on business of life. And honestly, I feel like I’ve already lived nine lives.
I’ve travelled many roads, worn many hats and learnt from many wonderful teachers. Yet, somehow, they’ve all led me back to yoga, self-expression and the way I choose to meet life.
Because I’ve come to realise there’s a choice in every moment: I can meet life tense and gripping, trying to hold it all together, or soften, breathe and rest back into loving awareness.
I don’t always get it right. I’m human, after all. But that’s the practice — remembering I can pause, listen, feel and begin again.
My greatest teacher has been life itself. The challenges, relationships, unexpected turns and moments of joy that have stretched me, softened me and brought me closer to what really matters.
This is the heart of how I teach and hold space and tend your beautiful faces.
I see all that I do as a practice of devotion — to being present, to listening to the wisdom of our bodies, and to embracing the wonderfully imperfect experience of being human.
For me, yoga is the framework that goes far beyond the shapes we make on a mat. It’s a way of relating to ourselves and the world around us. A way of becoming more aware, more connected and a little less caught up in the doing of life.
Whether I’m teaching yoga classes, holding space on retreat or offering a Facial Ceremony, my intention is the same: to create space for you to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
Not to fix you or turn you into a better version of yourself, but to help you remember the wisdom, wholeness and beauty that are already within you.
Because beneath all the roles we carry and all the things we do, there is a you worth taking the time to know.
And perhaps, like me, you’re still discovering who that is.
We don’t have to have it all figured out. We just have to keep showing up, keep listening and keep finding our way home to ourselves.
